Girls names starting with m

Hi lovelies,
Baby girl arrived yesterday and she is still nameless!
We had the name Mimi picked out for her but when she arrived my husband and I decided she didn’t suit that name.
We already have two girls called Milah
(mee-la) and Meia (mae-a)
Any M names are welcomed, thanks in advance for all the help :))

No more kids for me but if I'd had another girl, I would have gone for Matilde, not Matilda, probs would be called Tilly though

I would go with Margot out of your final two (I also like Margo, but Margaux not as much - it just makes me think of the region of France). Mabel's fine on its own but I agree with PPs that it's a bit too similar to Meia in sound.

I love love Mabel and I prefer it of the two but it's way too similar with Meia - the May sound. Margot is beautiful too so I'd say that - and definitely the Margot spelling, not the Margaux!!!

Milah, Meia and Margot seems lovely to me.

Margot/Margaux or Mabel?

Of the two, Margot, because Mabel and Meia both having a May sound.
The Margaux spelling is awful

Just to say my name, my DDs name and my DMs name are all in the first few posts of this thread. What a great initial ‘M’ is. Good choice!!

I have a son and his name starts with M so if and when I have another baby and if it's a girl I would like to carry on the M I was thinking

Meia? What was your inspiration for this name?

I’ve always loved the name Maya but pronounced like my-a and that was originally going to be her name but both my husband agreed that it didn’t said the best with Milah so instead changed it to meia!!
