Eustacia, as I loved Thomas Hardy books.

My brother pointed out that it sounds like the tube in your middle ear, which dulled the glamour a little.

I wanted Covenant Blush for either sex. Thought it was really deep and just, like, very, very cool, you know.

I've always wanted calab after one of the guys in the covenant 🤣

Robin or Robyn

@Wildehorses I was also Oscar Wilde obsessed! Sadly, DS was born in 2022 when Oscar had been a top ten name for a few years, so the shine had rubbed off for me. I do still love the name, though.

itssquidstella · 14/05/2023 19:39

Before that, though, I liked Archie and Charles (Charlie) for boys and Eleanor for a girl.

DS has a totally different name, of course!

itssquidstella · 14/05/2023 19:38

Oscar

Calmondeck · 14/05/2023 19:37

JimJamJo · 12/05/2023 19:27

Aloysius George Henry G... (being the surname of the boy I liked at the time)
or twins called Raoul and Constance.

Teawithnosugarplease · 12/05/2023 18:52

When I was 16 (1991) I would have called my baby girl Amelia.
It was practically unheard of then (or just very slowly creeping in).

MyFaceIsAnAONB · 12/05/2023 17:55

Lettice - heard it on a Miss Marple I think and LOVED it. Prior to that it was Leticia after Leticia Dean 😂
