Jack, Jake, Rory, Albert, Arthur
Ethel, Doris, Maureen. Maud.

Basically any 'old person' name. Can't stand them.

Marcus

Sorry, misread the question. I hated a person called Marcus (bully) but not the name.

Tintackedsea · 24/04/2023 00:03

Kirsteen - two in my primary school were horrors

Toby
Imogen

I’m not sure why I never liked the names. I never knew a Toby but it always reminded me of the Chef on the Toby Carvery signs. There was an Imogen in my class who was lovely but I couldn’t stand her name. I don’t mind Toby now, prefer Tobias. Still don’t like Imogen

Hayley, Georgia, Jennifer, Olivia or Jessica. Still can't stand the names no idea why, maybe it's because of the ones I've met but can't think I disliked anyone with those names. It's the feeling it gives me when I pronounce them I think ?

IntheSnowySnowyMountains · 23/04/2023 23:53

Oh no... my name, my mum's and my husband's are all on here Blush

For me it would be Karen - before it had its current connotations of course. I knew two who were mean, then an adult one who was lovely and now probably hates her name! For a boy maybe Neill or Lance - they were bullies!

Rhea or Marcelle

Sonia. I had a perfectly nice friend called this but have always disliked how it sounds.
Jason. Horrible boy at school! Also Jace as a nn.

Karen made my life awful for about 2 years
Richard horrible kid who wiped poo on my mums outside toilet walls

kwetu · 23/04/2023 23:48

Tina or Sharron

ColdAsAWitchsTit · 23/04/2023 23:47

Emma. It's objectively a nice enough name but I've never met an Emma who isn't a complete PITA. Sorry to all the Emmas.

DelurkingAJ · 23/04/2023 23:46

Hannah. I cordially loathed ‘the Hannah’s’ at school (mutual dislike, I fear). I have since managed to accept that many Hannahs are perfectly nice.
