Are you saying Esmé like es-may or es-me?
Out if the two Ivy is a better name, but spell it properly, don’t cheapen a lovely name.

Esme. As you've butchered Ivy with that spelling. Both are pretty names, but she's in for a lifetime of having it spelt wrong if you change it to 'Ivie'.
