Neve but I love Emilia too so no help.. neve mn Emilia is lovely or other way round..I think if I had to choose it would be neve

Emilia. Neve is confusing (I'd instinctively pronounce it Nev like Neve Campbell)

Neve, only because I know so many Amelia,/Emilia's where Neve is more classic, I'm Irish so would normally see it as Niamh, just think she might have some issues correcting the spelling of her name is you spell it Neve
