You have to name your baby a part of the body

A silly thread (no children will be subjected to these names)

If I had a boy it would be Artery nn Art and a girl would be Ileum nn Illy.

Cilia

I'd pick Cilia and Hilum.

Twin girls - Arm & Leg - They can tell people they're shortenings of Harmony and Allegra, if they ever want something a bit more mainstream.

Followed by their baby brother Liver - He could pretend to be an Oliver if he wants.
