Final 2 names.....but which one? Decisions 😣

Our beautiful daughter was born at the weekend and we have finalised our list of girl names down to 2. Of course, I prefer one option and DH prefers the other. He says I have the final decision. Which one to choose.....

Ada?
Or
Freya?

Middle name Louise 😊

I find Ada quite harsh, and I also think it’s pretty overused right now, whereas Freya’s mega high point was a while also

Frieda, Ida and Adela would be less overused options

Mmm names your personal choice. My fav of the 3 is Louisa to be honest.

My 7 year old grandson has 2 Ada's and 3 Freya's in his year and not one Louisa.

Congratulations on the arrival of your little girl! Why don’t you try both names out over the next week and see which you prefer? That being said Freya gets my vote :)

My niece is called Freya. Depending on who says the name it can sound very hard at times with an emphasis on the ya.

Louise is not often heard. Pretty name.

I like both. There are 2 Freyas in my 8yo's year and 2 Ada's in my 5yo's year so from my very scientific survey I'd say they were equally popular.

I think I would only chose Ada as a nn for another name like Adeline. So Freya would be my choice. Freya is lovely.

Freya! I have a Freya so I'm biased, but I can honestly say she's never been in nursery/school or a club with another Freya. I don't know any other Freyas. She's the only one in her school. A beautiful name.

To me Ada has more character and is also less common in my area. Freya is also nice but less distinctive and I know a lot of them.

Freya. Not keen on Ada. Or even Louise as a first name. Thats nice too.
