In certain areas of the UK it will sound like ere lies a rose (here lies a rose).
I'd choose Rose Elizabeth personally.

Rose Elizabeth is absolutely beautiful imo, would defo be my choice. Eliza Rose is nice too but I just love Rose as a first name and not a middle name and think Rose Elizabeth flows way better than Eliza Rose.
