Elizabeth, but decide on a diminutive
I like Olivia but it's been overpopular for too long.

Both are overrated and too common imho

Velvetbee · 15/03/2023 20:31

Elizabeth

Elizabeth

Elizabeth

Popular but it’s a classic with so many short form options (don’t spell it Elisabeth unless you have a reason to - a cousin of mine has it spelt that way, drives her nuts)

Olivia has really been done to death, perfectly nice though it is

SunsetBlue · 15/03/2023 20:01

Olivia. nn Liv or Lucie

Elizabeth but only if you don't mind 'a liz' or 'Lizzie' or 'Betty' nickname as that will be inevitable

This. I know of 3 Elizabeths and all go by a shortened version.

MintTeaAndChocolate · 15/03/2023 19:41

Elizabeth!

Olivia is beautiful. Liv/Livvy/Via

Justinripley · 15/03/2023 17:42

Olivia. I like it as a whole name and Liv/Oli.

Elizabeth is too regal for me and I don’t like Lizzy or Betty.

DipperandMabel · 15/03/2023 17:40

Elizabeth

Elizabeth. Timeless and ageless classic. Was top girls name a few years back. It will date a whole cohort of girls.

LlynTegid · 15/03/2023 17:23

Olivia, less options for shortening.

ourflagmeansdeath · 15/03/2023 17:21

Elizabeth - love all the nicknames with Beth being my favourite. It's a beautiful, classic name.
