Help with baby girls name

Olivia and Millie are soooo overused they’re dull. Ten a penny at school. Same with Isla if it’s pronounced the same as Ayla. Especially as they all have Rose/Grace/May as a middle name.

I love Hallie and Elise. I know a little Elise and she’s the coolest girl I know.

Millie is both our Grandmothers names- perhaps we should use it as a middle name.

Riley is cute if spelled like this. But maybe cute on a little girl, less for a grown-up woman?

Olivia is SO overdone.

Noa is very cool but a bit 'negative' to me - NO-a

Millie to me a bit too cutesie

Nyla is interesting - how about Nia as an alternative?

We've just named our 2 week old Halle, but spelt it - Hallie

So obviously I like that name

Ayla and Millie would be my other two favs from that list

I like Elise out of those.

Nieve is normally Nieves, I think. But you are bound to have people thinking you have misspelled Niamh and will be correcting you at every turn.

Rylie - Riley is less awful
Nieve - Nigh-eve? Are you serious?
Millie - ok, quite popular as a diminutive
Olivia - the best so far but it's very popular
Nyla - no
Elise - not keen. Lots of Ellies around. Look too similar to Elsie
Ayla - not keen
Alys - prefer Alice unless welsh
Gwen - a bit welsh but quite nice
Halle - not keen, wouldn't know to say it as Hallie
Noa - too close to the overused Noah
Names we like but can't use
Elis - boy's name in Wales, another Ellie name if a girl
Lily - fine
Pippa - fine
Aria - not keen, just air
Grace - ok

Definitely not Rylie
