Longer versions of Alice and Dora

I love Dora and Alice but my partner prefers longer more unusual names. We have decided that we can both get what we want by choosing a longer version of the names I like.

For Dora we have
Dorathy
Dorathea
Theodora
Teodora

DP says these are all too normal other than Dorothea, but we know a little Dorothea who goes by Thea so would want to avoid that one.

For Alice we have

Alicia - Horrible girl I went to schools with name
Althea- can't make my mind up on it.

Any others?

Alice is a whole name. It doesn’t make sense as a nickname for another name. If you like Alice, use Alice.

Dorothy is spelt with 2 o’s and is a lovely name, as is Dorothea and Theodora, all would make sense to have Dora as a nickname.

I was going to say Isadora.

Alice isn't really a shortening of anything, you could spell it with a y - Alys, or try Alyssa. Or go with something that is similar sounding like Clarissa or Melissa and just use 'liss'?
