I have a Louie with the e. Love it with the S too though.

Epicstorm · 22/02/2023 16:39

Love Louis (pronounced Louie).

Louis.
Jack is OK but it’s a “short” form of John, which I really like.
I wouldn’t consider Isaac.

Jack has been a name in its own right for a very long time.

I like
Jack
Isaac
Louis

In that order OP

Thewizardssleeve · 22/02/2023 16:20

Louis 😀

shoopshoopdedoo · 22/02/2023 16:14

I like Isaac and Jack.

CharlieBoo · 21/02/2023 22:09

My sons best friend is Louis.. (Lou-ee), absolutely love it! He is 18 btw

second is Jack.. just really dislike Issac for some unknown reason

Most people know that Louis is Louie and Lewis is Lewis.

I love Louis best
Isaac is nice
Jack is not a fave but might be fine if a nick name for John.

We have a Louie...I hate the name Lewis so much, we went for Louis but the US spelling as we knew someone would mis -pronounce it to Lewis 🤬. Louis/Louie is such a beautiful name, very solid and timeless

I think you were wise. In Australia, I went to school with a Louis but it was pronounced Lewis. I do like Louie.

I’m biased as I have one but I love Isaac!

I think Issac also, such a lovely name. Good choice.

I like Jack but it’s been very popular for quite a long time.,Jack will probably go to school with a whole bunch of other Jacks.

I’m not crazy about Louis. A very Royal name (obvs) but I think because of Prince Louis it’s going to be another popular name.

I looked up the meaning of Isaac and found ‘one who laughs/is joyful’ - pretty cool.

Theoldwoman · 21/02/2023 04:31

Depends on surname, middle name, siblings.

Louis.

octoberfarm · 21/02/2023 03:20

Definitely Jack!

mathanxiety · 21/02/2023 01:21

My vote for Louis is contingent on tbe Loo-ee pronunciation.

The Loo-iss pronunciation is spelled Lewis.

mathanxiety · 21/02/2023 01:20

Three lovely names.

I'd go with Louis.
Next favorite is Isaac, then Jack.

LulooLemon · 21/02/2023 01:13

Louis if pronounced like Louis Armstrong

Toomanybooks22 · 21/02/2023 01:10

Somanycats · 20/02/2023 19:50

Louis if pronounced as in Hamilton rather than theroux

That's Lewis not Louis.

Toomanybooks22 · 21/02/2023 01:09

Louis over both others as it will work whatever age and whatever he chooses to do.

xprincessxjanetx · 21/02/2023 00:32

Louis, closely followed by Isaac. I don't like Jack.

PotatoCatkin · 20/02/2023 20:02

I like them all. Louis if pronounced correctly, then Isaac then Jack.

PotatoCatkin · 20/02/2023 20:01

Somanycats · 20/02/2023 19:50

Louis if pronounced as in Hamilton rather than theroux

So Lewis then?!

2crossedout1 · 20/02/2023 19:57

Isaac

AcceptYourself · 20/02/2023 19:57

Jack!

WhichOneOfYasHasHadAShit · 20/02/2023 19:56

Louis followed closely by Isaac.

gemloving · 20/02/2023 19:53

@Somanycats but wouldn't it be Lewis then. Don't use the French spelling if you don't pronounce it that way.

OP, I like Louis, Isaac is lovely too. No to Jack xx
