But you should actually call him Magnus, which is the best boy's name in the world as everyone knows (DH vetoed it for our DSs, I haven't yet forgiven him)

I like Rufus. Otis is OK at a pinch.

Don't like the others and Herbie is just silly, reminds me of the car in those old 'love bug' films, as a pp said. If you extend it to Herbert, that's also quite silly, you know the phrase 'a right Herbert /proper Herbert' meaning a ridiculous man?
