I am biased, but Phoebe is a lovely name. Suits a little girl and grown woman. And from my experience it's not immensely popular at the moment but common enough that people know how to spell it etc. I also love Heidi. Not a massive fan of Cora.

Phoebe is lovely, Cora is ok, and I really don't like Heidi....

Either Phoebe or Cora for me. I'd probably go Cora!
