Saskia or Savannah

We keep coming back to both Saskia and Savannah but neither name seems to ‘stick’. Any thoughts? Is Saskia a bit harsh? Is Savannah too much of a long name?
Any other names that spring to mind when you hear these?

Saskia is much better.

Twoinapod · 24/01/2023 23:02

Saskia definitely. Actually on our list

schnubbins · 24/01/2023 22:41

Saskia is lovely

Changechangychange · 24/01/2023 22:35

Saskia for definite.

Savannah, Sienna, Sierra, India - all sound like 90s minor actresses/It Girls to me.

I asked ds who he played with at preschool one day a few weeks ago and he responded “Banana.” He was adamant.

It was only when I was looking through the class list at the nativity play that I realised her name was actually Savannah.

Savannah Banana is cute! Not a teasing concern IMO

Both lovely names but Saskia wins for me.
