Hi everyone. So my baby girl is now officially due! We have decided to name her Bethan. My husbands late mother is Jennifer so we are wanting to put her name in there, but i wanted a hyphenated name before the Jennifer, so for example Bethan- Mai Jennifer. But not sure on the Mai. Has anyone got any suggestions on what we could use for the part just after her name instead of Mai?

Thank you in advance 🩷

If you go with Bethan-Anything she'll more than likely end up as just Bethan, but have the headache of her official name being hyphenated

I agree with the other posters, just go with Bethan Jennifer. It's a lovely underused name and has meaning.

Definitely leave it as Bethan IMO. Mai/Mae/May names are done to death and very marmite… most people hate hyphens are feel they cheapen the name. Bethan Jennifer is really pretty and classy whereas adding the -Mai (or any hyphen) changes the feel of the name and makes it seem much less classy.

I would just leave it as Bethan. It’s such a lovely name on its own, hyphenated names can really ruin a nice name. Bethan Jennifer is lovely
