Sienna. It's a lovely name. Heidi is old fashioned and reminds me of the story, plus it's a European name, Germanic I think.

Sienna, definitely. It's classic and beautiful.

To me, Heidi will always be a twee girl who lives up a mountain and hangs around with goats.

Heidi is nice, not overly used and kinda classic. Sienna is a bit too wannabe unique and modern, will probably be very dated in just 10 years

I don’t get the comments about Sienna. Surely it’s a name that spans all classes? It was in the list of top Telegraph names recently and is the name of Princess Beatrice’s daughter. There are plenty of well-to-do Siennas out there.

I prefer Heidi, it has a nice sound to it and looks nice written down. Sienna has never grabbed me I'm not sure why.
