Cali for a girl

Ok, so thoughts on this?

Im not pregnant ATM but been just brainstorming a bit because we definitely want a sibling for our DS in the future. Before we knew if it’s a boy or girl we decided on a name Eden which I still love but recently I fell in love with name Cali.
No short for something else, just like that Cali. I know for someone it will be associated with California probably.
Also I don’t like middle names and our DS also don’t have one so won’t be using ( possibly) as a middle name.

I couldn't but only because the Cali was a local rock bar where everyone got insanely drunk and shagged each other every weekend 😂

Just don’t use Rose as a middle name, some wag is sure to connect the two and call her Cali Flower.

I take it you are not in Scotland? Cali is commonly used to refer to "Glasgow Caledonian University".

Cali short for Caliope is perfectly nice though

I like Callie. Or even Calle. Cali seems like it's short for something. Maybe California

Know of one that's just been born - it's cute. I also prefer the Callie spelling, but each to their own!
