I really like this name at the moment. Classy, known but I feel underused, still a little different. What do you think? Is it growing in popularity?

I actually know two! I had assumed it was getting more popular
In our accent I don’t think it sounds great, but I think from other parts of the country it could sound lovely

I don't know any and haven't encountered any child ones since having kids. You can't control whether it will rise or fall in popularity, so if you like it, go for it.

Yeah. I'm hearing it a lot

My best friends DD is called Cora, she’s 4, it’s a lovely name, I don’t actually know any other Cora’s though.

Pretty and I’ve not heard it before. My sister wanted to name her daughter Cara and I liked that too!

QuiltedHippo · 01/01/2023 21:48

It's on the up, from 635th to 149th since 1996. But it's not a mad climb. I like it a lot, had a relative called it and always thought it was a great name

bluebunnyblue · 01/01/2023 21:48

I know only one, age 5.

bluebunnyblue · 01/01/2023 21:48

Definitely getting more popular but still not in top 100. Agree it's pretty and classic.
