I’m sorry but I don’t like any of them. I only became aware of Jesse as a boys name due to Breaking Bad.

River is ok but will forever be linked to River Phoenix.

That’s weird because the only Jesse I know is from a rather erm rough(?) family but obviously not all are.
Cassius is definitely not ‘chavvy’.

Jesse - quite like it as long as Jessie is no longer used as a big girl's blouse slur. I don't see it that often in the UK
River - Only know of River Phoenix, Jamie Oliver's lad's middle name and River Song Tardis Again, don't mind it, not ubiquitous
Cassius - Nope. Not even if Cassius Clay as opposed to Caesar assassin instigator
Presley - Not a fan.
Cruz - Not a fan.

I would never use any of these names personally but Cassius is the least offensive if I had to choose.

Jesse ( is that pronounced Jess or Jessie?) is more for a dog I think.

River, Cruz and Presley are a mistake! You will regret them.

Weird how names are perceived. My lovely but long gone now grandma who was born in 1912 was the youngest of 13. She had an older brother Presley and another Jesse.
