DH also likes Violet, which is one of the only ones I like as well. I like it but don’t love it.

It doesn't seem right that you won't have a name that he loves and you like but you think it's fine to go with a name that you love and he likes Hmm

Ocean is much better than Oceana
Lakelynn is awful. Lake isn't to my taste but you could possibly use Lake but not with Ricki as a first name. There must be prettier names that make you think of bodies of water - lake is like puddle and not so pretty imo. Maybe if you have a son ?
Niagra is awful. Lots of jokes about waterfalls and falling over
River is very unisex imo. Would that bother you ?

I once saw a girl leaning over a bar stool with a guys fingers inside her in Oceana Swansea, and that is the first thing that comes to mind.

Lakeylyn - all I can think of is that it would be shortened to licking
