And way too relaxed about the fact we haven't settled on a name for her😂

We get induced on the 28th, baby girl still doesn't have a name. We have a few that we like but nothing has jumped out at us. Already got an Elizabeth Rose and a Sophia Kathryn so trying to avoid names that sound too same-y. I think my favorite is Amelia but can't for the life of me think of a middle name that matches!!

Siblings names are Amelia Grace

ErrolTheDragon · 25/12/2022 16:49

I think Amelia needs to be followed by a single syllable starting with a consonant else it's too 'frilly'. Amelia grace or Amelia Jane maybe?

BabyFour2023 · 25/12/2022 16:38

Amelia Violet

MerryChristmasToYou · 25/12/2022 16:20

@Awwlookatmybabyspider , I think Charlotte looks pretty written down and don't find it harsh - just a normal name for a girl or a woman.
I think Amelia is like Mealy with extra vowels and don't see any appeal to it

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 25/12/2022 14:09

I’ve never got the rave and hype over the name Charlotte. It’s so harsh and serious.

KirstenBlest · 25/12/2022 13:20

Charlotte Amelia? I think Charlotte goes lovely with your 2 girls names.

Spikeyball · 25/12/2022 11:11

I prefer Charlotte Abigail. Amelia is ok but I think Charlotte is a stronger classic name and has nicer nicknames.

Charlotte Hannah.

Amelia is a medical condition meaning no limbs.
Abigail is a very ugly sound, like wet squelchy sandbags.

Our other name we have picked is Charlotte Abigail.

I keep saying we will wait till she's born and see what she looks like but she's gonna just look like a squishy newborn 😅

We cross posted! I love Charlotte Abigail and would personally choose that over Amelia (which is also lovely)

delshell · 25/12/2022 08:07

Charlotte Abigail is beautiful. That would get my vote!

LizzieMacQueen · 25/12/2022 07:59

How about Helen as a middle name.
