Still a Theo imo - it’s not very common here at all, probably depends where you are 😊

He is a truly beautiful baby, well done you!

Elliot and Max are my favourites but there's a look of a Jack about him!
Theo and Arthur are so overdone so put me off maybe not if you're overseas though
