Rue as a nickname for...

I love Rue (pronounced the French way) but can't come up with any longer proper names this could work as a nn for.

I know a Roux (girl) and a couple of Roos (one is a Ruth, the other is a Ruby).

French does NOT roll the R. You must be confusing it with Spanish!!

I don't know what the French pronunciation of Rue is.

Rue in English means regret - so not a great choice for a child growing up in the UK.

I know a Ruelle, I think she’s 12 now. Her mum loved Rue but wanted a longer name. She is only ever Ruelle

We have a Rosie who was Rosie Roo as a baby and then Roo Roo for a while. Weirdly this turned into Rosie Rhubarb or just Rhubarb. She prefers Rosie these days.
