I’d chose Edward. Are your name choices inspired by National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (watched it last night so Clark and Uncle Eddie are on my mind)?.

Edward is the better of the two. Several nn options. Clark is fine too but does make me think of the shoe shop.

Edward. It’s not to my taste but at least there are options with Teddy, Ed, Eddie etc. To my mind Clark is a surname or a brand of shoe, not a baby name.

@SkankingWombat , mine was never on pencil cases but there is a plant with the name. I've been given more than one, which is a lovely thought, but I don't like them that much.
