Please help!! I am so stuck and hate everything- Honour is such a strong but pretty name and to me nothing compares to it.
We had Hugo and Roman on our Boys list but just found out shes going to be a girl and have nothing!!
I really like Amorae but had some bad responses.

Gloria

( Always liked this one).

Also have started to really like Ferrari ( as in the recent hit song).

Grace?

Oak?

😂 And then a brother called Park?

MerryMarigold · 25/11/2022 23:08

Heard of a baby Oakley (girl) the other day. Not my taste but maybe yours.

For some reason I thought of Viola (pronounced like Violet but with a on the end). I think it goes well with Honour. I like Zoë with Honour too.

Stichintime · 25/11/2022 22:58

Oak?

A name to go with Honour? Maybe Love or Obey?

I was thinking Glory or Laud

HoHoHowMuch · 25/11/2022 22:55

If you like Roman, how about Rowan or Rowena?

FirstnameSuesecondnamePerb · 25/11/2022 22:44

Margot
Mary

haveyouopenedyourbowelstoday · 25/11/2022 22:41

Jessica Albas daughters are Honour and Haven. Harmony is really pretty and compliments it well x

MrsJephson · 25/11/2022 22:21

Loyalty.

NotABeliever · 25/11/2022 21:57

Honour & Serena

DuchessDandelion · 25/11/2022 21:51

I also like Constance (Connie).

Alexandra is also lovely- strong and pretty, it means "defender"

SophiaLarsen · 25/11/2022 21:44

How about Florence? Also agree with Romana or Ramona.

Other strong names:
Georgina
Helen
Susannah
Kirsten
Iona
Anne (love this name but it wouldn't go with my surname, have never met an Anne I did not find formidable and amazing!)
Andrea

Patience

I’d avoid another virtue name, too theme-y. Give your second child their own distinctive name not just one that matches the first. Also you are massively setting kids up for ridicule whenever they don’t demonstrate the quality of their name. I know the most miserable woman called Joy, everyone always mentions her joylessness and makes jokes about Joy leaving at the same time as arriving, etc.

MetellaInHortoEst · 25/11/2022 21:33

Amity.

I really like Honour, or Honor as a name.

I saw on your other thread you had Monroe, which I'm not that keen on. But if you are looking for strong sound and established name but not too usual, what about Mallory? That goes with Honour nicely.

I quite like Constance (Connie) but another virtue name might be a bit much.

No because we are not all American 🙄

Honor is the usual spelling for the name, ya tit.

Mabel.

Honour, not Honor??

I also thought the name was spelt without a U, like Honor Blackman
