How would you spell a name

that's roughly pronounced ahnn-eh-lee?

Sort of like Amélie but with an N-sound instead of an M-sound and the emphasis on the first syllable and not the last.

I met someone named this today and thought it sounded nice but didn't get a chance to ask about the spelling.

Anneli - at least that’s what someone I once knew is called and how she spelt it. She was Swedish I believe! Pretty name.

I know of an Annalee

Annaleigh is the one I know.

Annele - a South African colleague was called this but it was pronounced slightly more like anna-LAY.
Lots of people put the strees as ANNA-lay though and she didn't seem to mind!

Anneli - always liked the name. Had someone at my school with this name, and she was a lovely person.
