DD2 due in spring! 🎀

Rate my names:
Lily
Darcy
Elsa

NB: not at all bothered by popularity or whether it could be screamed in a supermarket. Just think they sound nice!

Lily, definitely.
Elsa - Frozen
Darcy - sorry but I just think “arsey”

Lily’s are rough sorry. My grandmothers name too but times have changed!

Lily will beat you up behind the bike shed at school

It was my great grandmother’s middle name so find it hard to make that connection! I don’t know many teens though.

Prefer Elsie.
It's not as common as the other two (which for me is quite important).

Lily - dull and overused
Elsa - Frozen
Darcey - best of the options. Have you considered Dulcie? Much nicer but the one I know is lovely so skews my view

I have but
a) I knew a Dulcie who was vile and
b) I can’t get over the ‘dull’ part! It sounds so flat and not pretty.

All the Lily’s I know are dreadful so that name is ruined.

Mymoneydontjigglejiggle · 26/10/2022 20:13

I like Lily best. I do like Darcy too. I don't like Elsa at all.

Dacadactyl · 26/10/2022 20:09

I like Lily best. Then Elsa (but it'd be quite a long way behind Lily) Am not keen on Darcy at all.

Me too!

Lily

Lily is my all time favourite name 🥰

SimonJones · 26/10/2022 19:59

Darcy is an absolute no-no.

Elsa is not much better.

Lily is inoffensive.

I love Lily.

I really don't like the others, sorry. Elsa is better than Darcy though, by a very long way.
