How would you pronounce ...

I would have said Th like thing, A like cat, lee yah THAlia. Maybe Talia is a better spelling if you want "t" not "th".

I’d pronounce the ‘th’ in that- personally I prefer Talia or Tahlia although I think that theoretically the pronunciation is the same! It was one of dh’s favourite names but I just couldn’t get my head around the pronunciation. Like us it two syllables (tal-ya) or three (tah-lee-a)
