I like Seren and Caspar (I like it spelt like this or Casper, definitely not with a K). Not a fan of the others.

another vote for Caspian and Seren. Do like Aurelia also. Judah just brings to mind Judas, just feels a bit negative.

Asher - 5/10. I don't dislike it but I have met quite a few girls called Asha so it seems quite feminine to me. I really like Ash for a nn though.
Caspar - 7/10. Prefer the Casper spelling.
Caspian - 8/10. My favourite of your list
Idris - 6/10. I do really like this but I think everyone will assume you've named him after Elba.
Judah - 4/10. Prefer Jude but I'm not a huge fan of biblical names

Arietta - 5/10. Too flowery for me. I do like Arietty though
Aurelia - 5/10. Don't really like the sound of it.
Eadlin/Eadlyn - 4/10. never heard this before. Is it like eed-lin? I'm not keen
River - 0/10. Just really dislike this.
Seren - 7/10. Pretty

@Twillow yes Asher is a real name, it's one of Joseph's brothers in the bible, as is Judah

Idris is a Welsh name and also (separate origins) a Muslim name. We're Welsh.

Thanks for the info, I've not heard it before. Name origins are really interesting.

Caspar 9/10 knew a lad with this name and it really suited
Caspian 7/10 this is reasonably nice
Idris 5/5 makes me think of idris elba but it's an ok name
Judah 1/10 doesn't sit with me seems religious and I am not

Arietta 5/10 never heard this but it sounds beautiful
Aurelia 8/10 nice name very girly name much like Aaryella
Eadlin/Eadlyn 0/10 personally don't like sounds too old fashioned or like it should be Evelyn instead.
River 3/10 not keen on nature names
Seren 1/10 I prefer serena

@losingit31 thanks. Here in Wales neither Idris or Seren would be a problem, Seren in particular is very commonly used and well known

Asher - 7/10 nice name but makes me instantly start singing that 90's song - "Brim full of asha"

Caspar - 9/10 it was on my own list, the ghost thing put me off.

Caspian- 4/10 Caspar is much nicer.

Idris - 7/10 nice name but I'd instantly assume you must be Idris Elba fans

Judah - 5/10 meh.

Arietta - 7/10 pretty.

Aurelia - 10/10 one of my favourite girls names

Eadlin/Eadlyn - 6/10 not keen personally but it's not awful.

River - 5/10 I think of river as more of a boys name.

Seren - 8/10 nice, strong but still feminine.

Seren is the only one I like. I'm middle aged but if I had a baby girl now that would be her name!
