And the middle name is going to be Gillian.

I'd be influenced by what your surname is rather than middle name, as it is first and surname that are read out together (obviously don't want you to share it).

Ruby is the only one I like there although Anna is ok.

is Contessa an actual name? It sounds like a prefix like Dame or Lady.
The others are all a bit fussy for me
