Stella, Nina and Bella

Please let me know your thoughts on

Nina
Stella
Bella

Isabella is on our list. I love how classic it is but dislike Izzy. I think Izzy is avoidable by offering Bella or Bell. Just Bella feels a bit less classic to me but I still like it. Is it too Twilight still or too "of the moment"?

Is Stella too harsh? Love the meaning but friends have told me it makes them think of pubs and bars (I guess because of the beer?).

Nina I say like nee-na.

Should I add these to my list? Thanks for your help!

I like Nina. I prefer Isabella to Bella but there are other -Bella names as well like Arabella and Annabella you might like? Or even Christabel.
I agree with your friends, I’m not a fan of Stella because of the beer association. It also doesn’t have as nice of a sound imo.

I like Nina best. Bella is still too Twilight for and Stella unfortunately reminds me of Stella Artois which is a shame as it's a pretty name.
If you like short feminine names how about:
Lara
Kara
Esme
Tilly, Molly, Betty

All lovely names.
Bella probably the most common these days because of all the Isabella’s about.

Love Nina, simple, pretty, not overused.

Isabella is nice but there are lots more of them/similar names

Stella is nice enough too although I don’t love it but can’t put my finger on why, or you could go for Seren which is Welsh for star if it’s the meaning you’re after. Or Astra is Latin for star but is quite a famous car!

Nina - sweet but dull

Stella - it sounds harsh, and conjures up the image of podgy middle-aged men in a dark pub, not a little baby girl. I much prefer Estella.

Bella - I am really bored by this, probably because I've known quite a few who were quite boring themselves. My first thought is My Dad Wrote A Porno. Also makes me think Twilight, but I was the perfect age audience when it came out, the association is stronger with more uncommon name like Rosalie/Emmett/Carlisle but even then I wouldn't think you had named a child after it, just the association would cross my mind. If you really can't stand Izzy then would you would be better to avoid Isabella, you can't control what you child wants to be known as when she can think for herself, and it is natural and common diminutive.

I like Bella. I know of a few that are just Bella not short for anything.
Estelle is nicer than Stella I think. Stella feels like it should be short for something but I don't know what.
If you end up with twins though Bella and Stella sound perfect 😂

I quite like them all but agree that Bella feels like it needs to be a nn from something longer. Annabella or Arrabella if you don't like Izzy?

Stella is nice, but not keen on Stell. Estella is slightly softer sounding
Nina is fine
Bella is ok for a dog or cat

I love Nina-its fresh,pretty and not overused
bellas are ten a penny (every job I’ve had,had a Bella and I’m not keen on Stella
