Thoughts on the name Bodhi?

Baby boy due soon had a name I really like, Bodhi was a name I had in mind, have you heard anyone named Bodhi? Any other ideas with the letter b would be helpful.thank you for reading.

I know one. He's 4 and a very cool cute kid and really kind and thoughtful. His parents are quite hipster and cool - it's definitely a name that suits him and his family.

It's not to my taste but I do know a of couple (both under 5 I think). I also know of a dog called Bodhi.

I know one, who is 8. Lovely boy.
It’s not a name that I would use, too alternative and strikes me as trying too hard, but I am quite traditional.

Have you read Locke & Key? There is a boy caled Bode in it (pronounced the same - Bo-dee), lovely character to share a name with.

his sister's name is Genesis Wren Bungo Windrushing Turtleheart, and brother is Nathaniel Kinsman Ever Chelone Skan.

Those read like names chosen by hippies, who started out sober enough with Genesis and then three hours, two joints and three bottles of wine later decide Turtleheart is a most excellent name!

I know two dogs named Bodhi. There's also Bode Miller the Olympic skier, I think that's pronounced the same but you'd have a lifetime of explaining that it doesn't rhyme with toad 🐸

I know a Bodhi, he is 5 and adorable. He does live by the sea and will likely end up being a surfer.

I know of 2 little boys with this name both 3 & under so I think it is becoming more popular

l quite like it but probably wouldn't choose it myself, I think of it as quite ‘trendy’ so suppose it would become dated in time

It's not a name that will get the MN thumbs up but I think it's fine. Reminds me of this frosted tipped surfer.
