Isabel, I actually don’t know any children called it (only adults) but I know 3 little Emilias!
But I agree that Isabel Emilia is preferable to Primrose.

It's more of a classic than Emilia in the UK so stands up to the overuse better

There's loads of Isabella/Isabelle/Isabel/Izzys aged 18 and under - it's been very popular and feels like it's starting to date a little.

Yes but we like traditional ‘overused’ names as that’s our style and don’t want to give our child a ridiculous trendy name that she doesn’t suit when she’s older. If your not going to pick, don’t comment. Plus, I know of no children names Isabelle or Emilia :))))

I pick Primrose as the first name too, it’s lovely!
I teach loads of Isabelles and Emilias and I’m secondary, so they’re probs on the way out to be honest. In my experience, they tend to be sharp, rather arch personalities, especially the Emilias.
