Do you prefer Beatrix, Hermione or Meredith?

Do you prefer Beatrix, Hermione or Meredith?

Thank you so much for your thoughts. Middle names no problem as we have ones which sound nice with each option.

I love Meredith the best. I know a 1 year old Meredith, they call her Merri which is cute. I also like Beatrix and know a few, they either go by Bea or Trixie.

I think Hermione is a beautiful name too but I'd never use it as it's still too closely tied with Harry Potter and I'm not a Potter fan.

So yes, I would choose Meredith but I like all three. Congrats on your little girl

All lovely. Would avoid Hermione for the HP reasons. Would want Beatrix as first choice but there's ALOT of Bea's where I live so probably would choose Meredith which is also beautiful. Congratulations!

Beatrix…. But only because I like ‘Be’ (currently work with a Be who is lovely, super funny in a clever way)

Hermione is too Harry Potter….. and no option to shorten in a nice way either (if kids do… Hermes!! … all I can think is the delivery company! Or Hermit!! If she’s a little bit shy! Nothing very flattering as a nickname!)

Hermione and Beatrice are also both perfectly nice. Beatrice obviously muchmore popular than the other too.

I love Hermione but it's become too associated with Harry Potter so I would choose Meredith.
