We have 2 boys called Isaac and Oscar, DC3 is due soon. We have a boys name picked (Lucas) but stuck with girls names, we like Sibyl, Nancy, Alice and Annie but not 100% for any of them. All suggestions welcome.

Thank you everyone! I think we’ve decided on Alice just because of the amount of people saying they thought of that before reading the OP. Thank you for the help.

Tristan or Isolde

Troilus or Cressida

Ariadne or Naxos

don't forget to save for the private school fees

What on Earth gives you the impression that I can afford to private school🙄

How about Dorothy

MiseryWIthAStent · 28/07/2022 08:25

I have an Oscar and his name was almost Isaac! I liked the names poppy, felicity and Olivia when I was pregnant with him for a girl :)

i like that people thought of Alice before reading that we liked it😂. I also like that they all have a C in them, also that they have 5 letters (as does Lucas), not planned but it feels neat😂. I think Alice is what we’re leaning towards, will just wait to see if it’s a girl and if she suits Alice when she arrives

The name that I thought of just from the title before I'd read the OP was Alice 😁

BoredOfGrey22 · 27/07/2022 23:07

Amelia

Or Charlotte, nn Lottie

AliBaliBears · 27/07/2022 22:59

Definitely Alice rather than Phoebe.

Isaac, Oscar and Alice. Weirdly I like that they all have a c in them.

My suggestions would have been Anna, Rebecca and Abigail.

Luredbyapomegranate · 27/07/2022 22:57

I like Alice and Phoebe but Alice is v overused and Phoebe going that way (also Pheeebs..)

Jocelyn, Lois, Stella, Caitlin, Emma, Zoe, Frances, Flora, Clara, Oona, Annis, Astrid, Gwyneth or Elsbeth might all work (or Edith, but that is also overused..)

DramaAlpaca · 27/07/2022 20:49

Phoebe of the two.

Margot would've been my suggestion.

Wildehorses · 27/07/2022 20:35

I know a family with Isaac, Oscar and Louise (who would have been Louis if male) ...love your names!

helpmum2003 · 27/07/2022 17:22

Emma

mothernaturesdaughter · 27/07/2022 17:19

We like Molly and Daisy from the new suggestions but have a Millie and a Daisy in the family already. We’ve decided on Alice or Phoebe being our top 2.

Following this thread, as I really like your sons' names and these are exactly the kind of girl names I am looking for.

I hope you manage to find a girls name you love from this thread too❤️

Wow so many different suggestions!. I’ve ran the past DH and the names we both like from the suggestions Evelyn, Elsie and Phoebe. Out of the names we are considering I think Alice is the front runner but still not completely sold.
