I like Cerys, and you don’t need to be Welsh.
And Hugo. I like Vinny, but not Vincent.

I like Mary. Cerys too, but only if you're Welsh (I'm Welsh and always find it really weird. Similarly, I don't feel like I can use English names!)
Victor is nice, Vic is a cool nn.
