I approve of both, OP, and I am very fussy with names! So nice to see your lovely choices.

Charlotte Grace or Elizabeth Grace would be my choice. If I had a kid mine would he named Amelia Grace. All beautiful names.

Elizabeth Grace sounds better than Grace Elizabeth but I really like Charlotte as a first name.

I think Charlotte Grace flows better. Grace Elizabeth is a bit clunky although all are lovely classic names.
