Go with something that won’t need too much emphasis on the correct pronunciation as everyone deserves their name to be said the proper way.

I would vote for Yousef, its almost impossible to mispronounce. Elias would have been my top choice but there is a mean nickname that some teens called a lovely kid called Elias that I know and since I've been leas keen. Didn't want to write it down in case it ruins it for you.

Zaid, Elias and Yousef were on our shortlist for a boy. All of them are great names, I don't think you'll go wrong with any of them.

Prefer Ilias to Elias.
You won't always get the El-yas pronunciation, he'll be El-EYE-as.
Ziad will get mixed up with Zaid
Zaid will get called Zade.

Muslim but not so stereotypical which could be disadvantageous (not saying it's right, just that it absolutely and sadly exists.)
