Like them all but favourite is Grace. If choosing Annie I’d probably give her a longer name on the birth certificate e.g. Annabel but I know not everyone does that!

KirstenBlest · 13/07/2022 08:37

Annie or Nancy. If you put Ann(e) on the BC, you could use either.

Orla is rapidly gaining popularity, and sounds meh in an english accent. Grace is overused as a middle name

PancakesWithCheese · 13/07/2022 07:56

Grace is so overused! It’s every child’s middle name or as someone else said hyphenated like Evie-Grace Isla-Grace Eva-Grace Poppy-Grace.

I like Orla but it is becoming really popular.

Don’t like Nancy at all, Annie nice and more unusual but I prefer Anna.

mirrorballer · 13/07/2022 07:44

Nancy or Annie. Think Nancy is my favourite.

Orla will always autocorrect to oral. Grace is a problem if she ends up being a bit gawky or plump.

I vote Annie.

Such good points

I vote Annie.

Not mad on Annie...mainly because minus 1 letter it's my name which I've always found a bit 'meh' and 1960s.

I like all the others, in order my faves are Grace, Orla and Nancy.

anotherscroller · 13/07/2022 07:06

I think orla is nice right now in 2022 but it’s going to go out of fashion really soon.
i really love Annie but would also go for Anna and Annie as nickname.

Merryclaire · 13/07/2022 07:03

They’re all nice names but I think Nancy is the best in terms of not being trendy or overused, while feeling fairly individual.

KingBling · 12/07/2022 23:25

Grace is very elegant and beautiful!

Annie…beautiful name.

pimlicoanna · 12/07/2022 23:20

I love Grace

WishILivedInThrushGreen · 12/07/2022 23:19

If you're wanting an unusual name then you might want to find other names.

Annie is the least popular of the list you've given.

Orla is the most popular.

Kite22 · 12/07/2022 23:16

Not keen on Nancy - can't really articulate why

I wouldn't go for Orla without Irish routes.

Grace - I am not particularly keen on names that describe things 'Faith' Hope' etc

so
Annie is my favourite.

Primatrying · 12/07/2022 23:01

Annie (like)
Nancy (like)

Grace (too popular)
Orla (don't like the sound)

sunshineandshowers40 · 12/07/2022 22:49

Love Nancy and Annie 😊

PraiseBee · 12/07/2022 22:49

Nancy or Annie.
Defo not Orla and Grace is meh

OhNoNotThis · 12/07/2022 22:48

Nancy

I’ve heard several baby Orlas recently.

Mumofgirls2017 · 12/07/2022 22:47

Nancy!

PleaseYourselfandEatTheCrusts · 12/07/2022 22:38

Annie is a great name.

whatwhhat · 12/07/2022 22:05

Orla is lovely

SallyWD · 12/07/2022 21:36

I love them all except Nancy. I don't know why but to me it just sounds a bit silly. The other names are beautiful.

IggyAce · 12/07/2022 21:26

Nancy or Orla gets my vote

Fivebeanchilli · 12/07/2022 21:21

Nancy - great. I like the name a lot
Orla - not keen. Just sounds a bit meh to me
Grace - again not keen. There are just so many! And even more when you count all the double barrelled ones. (Ruby-Grace, Amy -Grace etc)
Annie - love it. This one is my favourite although I personally would choose Anna with Annie as the nn
