Owen or Chester?

Stuck on these two names, I love both Owen was the first name I was going to pick, I also love Chester, which of the two do you prefer?

Chester is a city so not that. I do come from there though so slightly biased.
owen has Welsh connotations

I think maybe because Chester sounds a bit brighter and Owen a bit more droney to my ear.
