Finally narrowed down the baby name list... can't seem to choose one.

Cal
Corey
Elijah

My cat is called basil. I love the name but to me it's a pets name. Sorry. I love Elijah from your list

I like Isaac.

Also like Cal as a nickname but it's not a full name to me. I like Calum and Caleb.

Elijah is ok, prefer Elliot and Elis.

Not keen on Jake but like Jacob and Jack.

Really dislike Basil, sorry.

Basil! Unusual but not unknown. Ties in with the current nature names trend but he’s not likely to have loads of mates with the same name. Definitely cool.

I like Jake and Isaac.

Basil sounds a bit try-hard.
Cal sounds like a nickname.
Elijah is ok but prefer Ezekiel.

I like Basil and Elijah (although I slightly prefer Elias or Eli).

I used to work with a (posh American) Basil and it worked very well for him. I'd kind of put it in a category with Hazel and Olive, which have become quite popular, so not sure if a Basil revival is coming! It's (usually) pronounced differently in US English (BAY-sil rather than BAH-sil), although that may not matter.

Elijah - a bit too long and babyish, blends into all the other El names, of which there are many
