Help with second twin girl

Junglejanie · 13/06/2022 09:40

Twin 1 will be called Abigail and I already have a little girl called Alice.

I am really struggling with another name. I previously liked Isla but I have now discounted. My current top name is Juliet but it just doesn't feel right.

Any ideas of fairly traditional names? I would prefer if it wasn't another A name.

I have an Allyson, so similar to Alice and the newborn we named Catherine, everyone comments how nice their names are together (I'm also an abigall so might be biased about this 3 way name thing going on 🤣)

Junglejanie · 13/06/2022 11:17

Thanks for all of your suggestions, some lovely names I will go through them later with DP.

I think Isabelle would fit perfectly -
Alice, Abigail and Isabelle.

I came on to say the same. Names work well together

I like Juliet!

Julia?

Imogen somehow seems to me to "go" with Abigail.

Cornettoninja · 13/06/2022 10:58

This list is pretty comprehensive. nosweatshakespeare.com/blog/shakespeare-baby-names-girls/

Cornettoninja · 13/06/2022 10:57

I followed the Shakespearean line of thinking with Juliet and found Alexas (darn Amazon because Alexa is a great name otherwise. Alexandra?), Rosalind, Viola and Imogen popping up.

karammba · 13/06/2022 10:51

Fwiw I think Juliet is lovely and would go well with Abigail.

Lara
Emily
Lucy
Alexandra (another A!)
Charlotte

I like traditional names and these include dd’s first and middle names plus all the other names we considered with her.
