Olive for sure.

soundofsilver · 15/06/2022 22:26

They're all beautiful names. Totally my cup of tea. My order would be:

  1. Olive
  2. Theodora
  3. Fern (...I just automatically think of Fern Cotton)
LilacSloth · 15/06/2022 22:08

Fern 100%

SemperIdem · 15/06/2022 21:04

I prefer Theodora.

Fern is nice.

Olive is ugly.

Chaoslatte · 14/06/2022 14:57

I love Fern! Not keen on Olive, I prefer Olivia.

MrsSamRowley · 14/06/2022 10:12

I like Theodora but then I like unusual names...I know quite a few little girls called Olive around my daughter's age (she's 2) so that would put me off personally.

Mumofgirls2017 · 14/06/2022 08:37

Olive, then Theodora

MerryMarigold · 13/06/2022 18:20

I like Fern. Theodora is just too... attention seeking? Teddy is twee-est of the twee. Olive is a bit dated old lady chic for me. I think Fern is unusual but recognisable. I love the nature connotation (Ferns are so beautiful, lush and representing life) and the war link.

PinkSyCo · 13/06/2022 18:12

Fern. I really don’t like Olive or Theodore, sorry.

UrsulaPandress · 13/06/2022 18:07

Theodora and Theodor are everywhere at the moment.

I know of 5.

ChagSameachDoreen · 13/06/2022 18:04

Theodora and Fern are beautiful.

Olive is a repulsive name. Its popularity astounds me.

Catlitterqueen · 12/06/2022 13:34

Fern is pretty, Theodora is a bit of a mouthful but I love Dora as the short form.
I’m over 50 and always think of Olive from ‘On the Buses’!

qpmz · 12/06/2022 13:23

Fern is lovely. Theodora sounds old fashioned. Olive is a food.

Luredbyapomegranate · 12/06/2022 13:22

NOT OLIVE. It belongs in a salad only.

I like Theodora and you have the option of a variety of nns (Teddie, Dora, Dorey, Dolly, Dot, Thea and even Theo) as well as the full elegant name.

But Fern is perfectly nice

FayCarew · 12/06/2022 13:18

Of the three, Fern, but it's a bit current.
I don't like Theodora or Thea at all
Olive is a bit frumpy

MojoJojo71 · 12/06/2022 11:08

Fern definitely

2reefsin30knots · 12/06/2022 11:07

I am now going to see all the Olives as Clive.

Mwnci123 · 12/06/2022 10:55

Olive

goldfinchonthelawn · 12/06/2022 10:27

I love Theodora - Thea or Theo for short.

Quite like Fern. Not at all keen on Olive. Who wants to be named after a salty snack?

magicofthefae · 12/06/2022 10:10

Fern

SpringIntoChaos · 12/06/2022 09:24

🤣 like the snowman 🤦‍♀️

That's Olaf.

RestingMurderousFace · 12/06/2022 09:26

Fern is the weakest. Olive is the best.

mycatisannoying · 12/06/2022 09:25

Of the bunch, Fern is best.
Olive will remind me always of Popeye's girlfriend.
Theodora makes me cringe, although Thea is beautiful.

SpringIntoChaos · 12/06/2022 09:24

Neverplayleapfrogwithaunicorn · 12/06/2022 08:51

How about Olave

🤣 like the snowman 🤦‍♀️

PinkCheetah · 12/06/2022 09:23

Olive. If I had another daughter, that's what I'd name her. I'd go with Thea instead of theadora
