Rhiannon definitely.
My horse has it as her middle name as I didn't have any children to give it to! At the time.

Aisha - bit forgettable
Delilah - nice
Maddie - like Madeleine but not keen on Maddie
Malia - also a bit forgettable
Rhiannon - awesome name, my dd's middle name, though likely to be mispronounced outside of Wales
Talia - horrible
Ava - pretty but popular

Suggestions - Ada, Emmeline, Daphne, Lyra, Leila / Layla, Delphine, Matilda, Sylvia, Ffion, Rowan, Mia, Maya, Tess, Cecilia

I have a Delilah and the singing thing literally never happens! I absolutely thought it would. And I come from a very musical/theatrical background!

Aisha - pretty
Delilah - I know a Delilah who gets called 'Dilly' it's my fave of your list
Maddie - a bit dated
Malia - Nice
Rhiannon - very popular in the 80s and 90s where I live
Talia - meh
Ava - lovely but super popular and a bit bored of all the Ava-Mae, Ava-Rose etc

Aisha - nice enough but it's one of those names with 10 different spellings. Also, feels a bit 90s.
Delilah - like it but she might have both the Delilah songs sung at her constantly
Maddie - bit bland
Malia - pr. muh-LEE-a like Malia Obama? Quite pretty
Rhiannon - kind of dated but I like it. Love the Fleetwood Mac song
Talia - like it but would spell it Thalia
Ava - overused

Favourite - Talia/Thalia
Least fave - Ava
