Great list. Juliet and Cassandra are my favourites. I'd probably pick Cassandra but not by much. I also like Imogen and Sabrina but no so much.

Alternatives:
Julissa, Julia, Juliana, Jacinta, Jasmine

I love Imogen and Juliet. I like Cassandra and Sabrina much less. But for a similar feel have you thought of:

Imogen, my oldest dd best friend is called imogen (immy) shes a lovely kind girl so I'm bias but I think its really pretty ... sabrina it reminds me of the teenage witch , juilet is nice , cassandra is ok I like cassie ... congratulations x

They are all pretty, but Sabrina is also punchy

I prefer Cassia to Cassandra - you get the nice Cassie nn without the tragedy of Cassandra

Prefer Julia or Juliana to Juliet, again probably because Juliet has some slightly tragic connotations.

imogen is nice but getting popular so won’t stand out.

Other possibles - Cordelia, Miranda, Diana, Sanchia, Ione (Eye-oh-nee), Selene (Sell-Ee-nee), Ismene (Is-mee-nee), Iona, Serena, Odessa, Fernanda, Safina, Seraphina, Adela, Verity, Estella, Marianne, Maryam, Genevieve, Leonie / Leonora, Rosaria, Circe, Clio, Flora

I also really like Cassandra, which sounds beautiful. But am put off by the Greek story and find Cassie really ordinary

Adore beautiful, romantic Juliet, wish I could use it. I like your other choices too but not as much as Juliet.

Other names with a similar feel to Juliet for me are Claudia, Helena, Lara, Selene, Antonia, Gaia, Eve, Jessamine, Cassia and Verity.

I love them all! If I had to choose I’d put them in the following order of preference

Imogen
Juliet
Sabrina
Cassandra

I also really like Rosalind, Miranda and Phoebe which I think have a similar style.

Nice list. I have a soft spot for Cassandra as I think it's a spectacular name whilst being well known and I love Cass and Cassie. Whilst nice, I don't think I'd like to be called Juliet as I think it would be tricky to live down in the same way as being called Romeo. I think Julia is quite nice. I know a Juliana too. Which is nice. I just think Romeo and Juliet is so studied at school it might be embarrassing for a teen. I don't like Immy at all though imogen's quite nice. I feel I should like Sabrina more than I do. As there is a lot of Shakespeare here I do quite like Rosalind.

I prefer Julia to Juliet, that or Cassandra would be my pick. Imogen is too popular and I don’t like Sabrina.
