Love Dalia, but prefer that spelling (traditional in Spanish and some other languages) over Dahlia. (I guess the syllable question - DAL-ee-ah vs DALL-yah - could be confusing though.)

Fleur - I like it but it can sound like just a noise
Roxanne - put on the red light
Dahlia - Dahl-ya or Dale-ya. Delia is nicer

I’d choose Roxanne from your list (Roxana is nice too).
I never know how to pronounce Dahlia, is it Day-lia or Dar-lia?

I'd take Dahlia off the list, but can't choose between Fleur and Roxanne!
