Which 'pet names' do you use for your children, if any?

We call our oldest daughter 'poppet'. My mum always called me 'sausage'. I don't have one for my youngest daughter yet - nothing has really materialised, and her name doesn't really have any nice shortening, so looking for ideas!

Thinking of friends and family nns...
Petal, blossom, chick, chicken, peanut, bean, adding -ster to the end of their name or replacing letters with a z (eg - Tedster or Gaz, though these seem to be more boyish ones), pickle, Princess, angel, flower

Sunshine gets used for DS, he's always so smiley and sunny natured.
Pudding for DD because she's sweet and was a v plump baby. Also Bubba because she's the baby of the family and, again, was a fairly hench baby.
Plus a whole bunch of ridiculous ones associated with their names and behaviours.

Does her name not lend itself to anything at all? Doesn't necessarily need to go shorter. Could be associations or even a lengthening...
