Baby boy names…opinions

We have a baby boy due in July. We have 3 names we both agree on but I am struggling to pick a favourite and likely to wait to see him before settling on one. However I am interested to hear others opinions on these names…

Finley Elijah
Rowan Jude
Ezra Jude

Our surname is a one a syllable surname beginning with S.

Rowan is lovely, then I'd say Finley second and Ezra 3rd. All nice, but Rowan is gorgeous.

I like Rowan but I think Ezra goes best with Jude

Ezra is overused.

Finley and Rowan are lovely. I prefer Rowan, though.
