What are your thoughts on Benjamin and Arthur? Considering for DS1. Thank you!

Both lovely. I prefer Benjamin, but if you’ll end up calling him Ben then I’d also prefer Benedict.

Benjamin. I'm still confused how Arthur caught back on!

I am suprised people think Benjamin is uncommon.
There were a couple in my son's primary school class, and a third one in his football team. We only know one Arthur though.
I prefer Arthur.

I like both names, but I do slightly prefer Arthur.

Benjamin is much nicer.

My youngest son is called Benjamin Arthur, so I obviously love it. I thought they were lovely classic names and that's why I chose them. Benjamin especially isn't common

Etinoxaurus · 06/04/2022 21:41

Both are lovely but Benjamin means last born so I’d not use it for #1
le Benjamin
If you love Ben, go for Benedict.
